We hear from athletes that 1-2 sticks per day feels best depending on activity level. If you're doing more intense activities you can add more.

Experiment and listen to your body. How thirsty you feel is a good indicator of how many electrolytes you need. Some people are heavy sweaters and will feel a stronger need for more electrolytes.
