Why I created Baseline.

The headaches were terrible... I tried all the usual sports drinks and powders but nothing hit the spot. Then I found research showing athletes need more electrolytes than basic sports drinks provide and discovered that all the high-electrolyte options were sugar-free (and tasted weird). So I created Baseline to give athletes the strong AND tasty electrolyte drink mix I wish I'd had all along.

FAQs

WHY DOES BASELINE HAVE SUGAR?

Unlike keto-focused electrolytes, Baseline delivers both performance AND taste with less sugar than typical sports drinks.

The organic cane sugar in our formula provides quick energy and it tastes SO much better (so you actually want to drink it).

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN BASELINE?

Each stick packet contains:

  • Organic Cane Sugar
  • Salt (Sodium Chloride)
  • Non-GMO Citric Acid
  • Potassium Chloride
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Organic Flavors
  • Stevia Leaf Extract

WHEN SHOULD I DRINK BASELINE

Morning: This is a great time to rehydrate after a good (or bad) night's sleep.

Before/during physical activity: Maximize your training and perform at your peak by keeping your electrolyte levels up.

HOW MANY STICKS OF BASELINE CAN I DRINK PER DAY?

We hear from athletes that 1-2 sticks per day feels best depending on activity level. If you're doing more intense activities you can add more.

Experiment and listen to your body. How thirsty you feel is a good indicator of how many electrolytes you need. Some people are heavy sweaters and will feel a stronger need for more electrolytes.
